New Zealand Trip-Day 13

We spent the day after the wedding doing some site-seeing with Ruth. She took us to her favorite ice-cream shop. It was QUITE delicious :)

Ruth's cone got a little bit messy :)
The American gang....minus me, plus Ruth.
Some sort of funky seaweed....
Shane taking a stroll along the beach....
Here begins the cheesy pics....

Prom pose....with Shane's "hard" face. Classic.
Being goofy....

Shane and Will attempting their "manly pose" pic...

Cool Tree
Sailboats are everywhere in Auckland...
Cool red gate....
Ok, so this picture totally looks like a paparazzi pic doesn't it?? I think Cooper was trying his moves on Ruth....:)
After we toured around with Ruth all day, we met up with Georgie and Mark for a late dinner in downtown Auckland. They were waiting to go on their honeymoon till the end of January if you were curious :)
Shane and Mark
All the chicas at dinner. We were starting to get sad b/c it was our last night together :(
The skytower is lit up with green/red lights during the Christmas season....very pretty.
So after our late dinner with Mark and Georgie, we started heading back on our 40 minute drive back to the house we were staying....well, friends....we knew the Corona was on it's last leg and we were praying and singing and praying and singing hoping it would make it back to the house...unfortunately, the Corona bit the dust about 6 miles from our house. AWESOME. We sat at this gas station for 2 yours until we got a hold of Ruth and she graciously drove all the way from Downtown to pick us up and drop us off at our house. Bless you, Ruth. Bless you. And Bless you dear Corona. You were good to us while you lasted. Thank you for the memories :)
