Field Trip to the Farm!

A few weeks ago the girls had a field trip to a farm that's about 20 minutes outside of Mobile. One of the room moms' made all the kiddos some indian feathers to wear. Gabbie wanted a purple feather in her head dress- thus the pouting... :)
The first stop at the farm was to learn about the garden and how plants and vegetables grow....

Then they each got to plant their very own pea seeds in the garden....

Jocie and her teacher, Ms. Angie. They LOOOOOOOOVE Ms. Angie. She is wonderful.
Next stop: Hayride! On our way, a beautiful peacock showed off it's feathers.....
Read to go!

a FAT piggie....
After the hayride the kiddos headed into the barn to learn about the animals....
Gab and Davis were SUPER excited :)
They got to see how to milk a goat....
They wer all amazed :)

I'm pretty sure this is what I look like after nursing twins. Yep. That's right. Sorry- just being real..... :)

They then took the goat's milk and shook it up and made butter....
Chickens!
Petting the chicken....

They all loved the baby chicken. They all said, "awwwwwwww, it's so cute!" when she brought it out :)

Gobble Gobble!

Feeding the horse....

Petting the pony....

They were amazed at how big the bull was.....

Caressing the goat ;)

Patting the piggie....
Picnic time! Gabbie talked Jocie's into switching head pieces....thus, she was now happy with her purple feather....that child.....

Baby Lily decided to join us....
and snag Gab's lunch box :)
Total cuteness!
