Back in April HayHay surprised us with this little garden in our back yard. (Thanks again HayHay!) We were SO pumped. The girls have loved watering the "garten" everyday and have been amazed at how much the plants have grown over the past few months.
Besides watermelon, my absolute favorite thing to eat is a fresh, homegrown tomato (I prefer to call them "mators"....just sounds more fun :) Here is our first mator of the season....and it was FABULOUS....One reason I took a picture is because I knew Shane would want to see it, but I also knew I would eat it before he got home :) Can't wait for more mators....YUM.
