Thanksgiving weekend in the Sham (Part 2)

Ok, so I had kind of a big delay in posting our Part 2 of Thanksgiving weekend....but, better late than never, right? Ok, here we go....

While millions were out fighting the crowds on Black Friday, we had a low-key morning at Gigi and HayHay's house....you know, like playing games with Aunt Juwah on the Ipad... :)

Uncle Bryan and Aunt Marcia-Lynn decided to go ahead and get their Christmas tree so that the girls could help them decorate it (that was SO sweet of ya'll!) Here they are organizing all the ornaments :)
They were SO excited :)
They particularly liked the long Christmas ribbon :)

Aunt Juwah decorating Gabs....

It's time!! whoop whoop!

Look at this face of concentration!
Perfect placement :)

The end product! And in the words of the girls..."Oh WOW!!! It's SOOOOO booodiful!!"
They were SO proud!

They got to take a bath in Uncle Bryan and Aunt Marcia-Lynn's "pool" :) They were pumped.

THEN....the real fun began when they turned on the BUBBLES!!!
Then they decided to make mustaches....it was hilarious!

Saturday HayHay pulled out about a zillion containers of Christmas stuff that he no longer was using and told Julia, Marcia-Lynn and me to go through it and take whatever we wanted....WHAT?!??!? YES! I LOVE Christmas stuff! We racked up!
Aunt Juwah is just a little bit excited :)
Hayward's wife that passed away a few years ago from cancer (Pola) was a big time decorator. She used to put up several different Christmas trees in their house and each had a theme. Gigi put up a tree on the back porch and let the girls decorate it with the theme box full of SHOE ornaments.... they loved all the different "baby shoes" :)

oh and there were some random umbrella decorations, too :)

Jocelyn decided to try on one of the shoe ornaments :)
Some play time with daddy, Uncle Wance, and Uncle Bwyan....

Killing Uncle Bwyan :)
Awww...they sure do love him :)
Getting some more time with Uncle Wance :)
and Aunt Juwah....
Our last morning there had to include making biscuits with Gigi! :)

Taste-testing the biscuit dough :)
Yep, I think they liked it :)
Gabbie decided to try on the shoe ornament before we headed home :)

Perfect fit!
To-go plate :)
Fantastic Thanksgiving weekend in the Sham!!!
