HayHay & Gigi came back in town last weekend to stay with the girls while Shane & I headed to Louisiana for Summar and Stewart's wedding. They came a day before we had to leave so we decided to take the girls to see the Christmas lights at Bellingrath Gardens. We took them last year and they really liked it and we knew they would love it even more this year.
Before we left for the Gardens....HayHay is learning fast that if you want to eat your food yourself then you CANNOT sit down with the girls. They will eat every last crumb of whatever it is you are eating. Please notice that they have plenty of food on their own plates. I guess it just tastes better coming off of someone else's plate :)
On the way to Bellingrath....Gigi, don't kill me for putting this picture on here....I had to...it was a crucial part of the documentation :) The double jogging stroller would not fold down so Gigi had to sit in the back of the sexy van completely squished...what a trooper!
Heading to the lights....
Family photo attempt... :)
They LOVED it. This was pretty much where they were for the rest of the evening...running in front of us screaming with delight at all the "butiful wights".... :)
This is one of my favorite parts of the walk...the picture doesn't do it justice. When the girls saw all the blue and green trees they screamed "wook at all the party hats" at the top of their lungs (they think any cone-shaped, pointy anything is a party hat :)
They were mesmerized by all the ocean creatures....
Jocie tried to "break-in" and go touch the "wainbow" :)
They begged us to let them "eat" all the big candy :)
One of the rare times that they actually stopped long enough me to snap a picture of their faces...
Riding the big lion-horsie :)
Running and screaming.... :)
Gabbie literally kissed every flower....too cute....
They sang happy birthday to baby Jesus, of course :)
Gabbie and HayHay :)
Photo attempt with gigi and hayhay....

The girls DID NOT want to leave. They have been asking to go back every day since we went. It was one of my favorite memories with them so far...they were SO excited about EVERY SINGLE thing they saw....I love seeing them in awe :)
