Well, despite the sexy van exploding again for the 2nd year in a row, we did finally make it up to GA for the Black family reunion weekend. Friday night we all gathered at Bill & Margaret's for everyone to just hang out and catch up...
Annnnnd let the weekend full of food begin....

and then the kiddos cooked some smores for desert- after they finished their cupcake dinners, of course :)

The best for last.....spoon tied to a LOOOOOONG piece of string. Goal: to weave the spoon and string down one team members' shirt AND pants and then up the next team members' pants and shirt and so on and so on AND THEN reverse it back up the line until the spoon is completely free. I SOOOOO wish I had pics. Of this event as it played out (I couldn't take any since I was busy shoving a spoon an string through my clothes), but let's just say, the spoon and string got "trapped" in several of the Uncle's "drawers". I literally pee'd my pants from laughing so hard. Funniest.Thing.Ever.
Here is the spoon that Aunt Linda had to "rescue" out of Uncle Jimmy's pants via his zipper. HILARIOUS.
Sunday morning we all gather again for brunch and a family devotional to close out the reunion. Here are some of the cool fellas waiting for brunch to be served :)
Def. one of my favorite times of the weekend. I LOOOOOVE brunch food.
The obsession with McKenzie that Jocie had last year at the reunion def. continued this year as well. God bless you, McKenzie :)
