The Stewart Reunion

In mid-August we headed over to Jay for the Stewart reunion. We got to PawPaw and MawMaw's a little early so the girls wanted to swim (we didn't know MawMaw's pool had gotten a hole in it and was no longer up)....so PawPaw helped the girls and Kaylea make a home-made waterslide.
All you need is:
One slide
One slip-n-slide
One water hose
3 silly girlies
:)

After the water slide it was time to go "willy, willy fast" on the merry-go-round!

Time for the Stewart reunion!
We all meet over at Marty and Diane's house for swimming and dinner (of course, the kiddos are the ones who swim...along with a few daddy's that get in the pool to watch the kiddos....the rest of us just hang out and chat :)

Chad launching Luke :)
The daddy getting his normal pool workout :))

Kaylea trying to dive :)

Uncle Shane teaching Kaylea how to dive :)
A few of the Stewart fellas watching the pool entertainment :)
Douglas, Chad, and his son, Luke. Chad basically grew up at our house. He and Douglas would play (or rather they got into all sorts of trouble) every day growing up. Luke is the spitting image of Chad when he was a little boy. It's CRAZY! Can't believe Douglas and Chad are both grown men with a son of their own. Wow. It just happens so quickly. Ok, I'll shut-up. I sound like an old person! ha!
the youngin's of the fam....Michaela, Brianna, and Lacey...
After swimming 2 hours in the pool, Gabbie starts saying she doesn't feel good. We thought it was just for attention.....of course until midnight when she started throwing up for the entire night. Awesome :)
Some more of the Stewart fam....
Yessssssss.....I LOVE reunions :)
True Statement: Fried chicken is a STAPLE at all family reunions. It.Just.Is.
Look what Marty happen to come across.....WOW.
Everyone enjoying good food and catching up....

The kiddos trying to not get into TOOOO much trouble ;)
PawPaw and Uncle Clayton (the only siblings left)
After-dinner discussions :)
Me, my cousin-by-marriage, Lori, and my cousin Daysha. We all went to school together from elementary through highschool and we all played on the same sports teams all throughout school. FUN MEMORIES. So great to see you guys!
