On January 9th, Colleen and I ran the First Light Half Marathon here in Mobile. The weather forecast called for like 27 degree temperatures with 19 degree windchill and rain. AWESOME. We weren't too excited about running in those conditions....however, on the morning of the race it ended up not being nearly as bad as they had predicted and the temperature actually felt pretty good. The rain held off until lunch so we were super thankful for that. We had a blast!!

And here we are right after! Sorry, I wasn't able to get any "action shots" with my camera so you just have to use your imagination :) We decided we were going to continue training and try to do a full in New Orleans on Feb. 13th.....whoop whoop! That post will be coming soon....
